We use non-toxic cleaning supplies to deeply sanitize all of our equipment. We have washers and dryers on-site and wash all towels in the highest sanitizing temperatures. All of our guests receive fresh, clean towels and amenities at every visit and session.
Infrared light is also inherently hygienic, killing all surface bacteria. Every element of our sauna pods and cabins are designed with quality and safety in mind. Pods are constructed from bamboo carbon and cabins are constructed with 100% premium eucalyptus wood throughout the entire cabin. All facets of design employ only natural and non-toxic assemblage. Beyond the sustainable design, each sauna has been third-party tested to ensure that there are virtually no detectable EMF levels.
Here’s How Regular Infrared Sauna Use Strengthens Your Immune System:
Infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system, causing the heart to beat more vigorously and blood vessels to dilate, which help cleanse the circulatory system and more fully oxygenate the body’s cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system by raising core body temperature.
Raising core body temperature is key. Although our saunas heat you differently than a fever, the increased body temperature provides the same benefits, including white blood cell and T-cell production to ward off viruses.
