Our infrared saunas are made by Sunlighten. The pods use far infrared and the cabin uses near, mid, and far infrared. Red light therapy is delivered with FDA-cleared Celluma panels. Our cold plunge is a Plunge All-In held at 42 degrees Fahrenheit, and pressotherapy runs on a Zemits Sisley 2.0 compression system. Every session is in your own private room.

This depends on which service(s) you are enjoying. For details, you can go to the FAQ for each service.

Yes. Complimentary filtered water is always available, and our hydration bar sells a range of hydration drinks, including alkaline water. You are welcome to bring your own refillable bottle. Hydrate before and after every session.

Yes. A Vitamin C shower is available to every client. We suggest holding off right after a session so the heat or cold keeps working, and letting your body come back to temperature on its own. Guests change in their own private room.

We do not prescribe our services for weight loss. Infrared sauna, cold plunge, pressotherapy, and red light therapy are studied to support circulation, muscle recovery, relaxation, and better sleep, and many clients make them part of an active routine. If weight is one of your goals, talk with your physician about how these therapies fit your plan.

You will need water, regardless of which service you are enjoying.
Each room has relaxing white noise you can enjoy during your service but you will want to bring headphones if you would like to listen to your own music or watch a streaming service.
You will want loose fitting clothes to put on after a sauna session. Nothing is more difficult than struggling to put on tight clothes while you are sweaty!

You can download our app on the App Store or Google Play to book sessions and manage your account. You can also book online here, on the MindBody app, or over the phone by calling (615) 614-3461. Once your appointment is booked, please read over our welcome email that will be sent to you and plan on coming in about 10 minutes early for your first appointment. Once you arrive, one of our amazing sēk specialists will assist you every step of the way.

Infrared Sauna Pod sessions are 30 minutes and Infrared Sauna Cabin sessions are 40 minutes. Red light therapy and pressotherapy sessions are 30 minutes. Your private cold plunge room is yours for 15 minutes, and most clients plunge for 2 to 6 of them. Enjoy the recovery lounge before and after your session.

Yes, you will be in your own private room. Our Infrared Sauna Cabin can be enjoyed with up to 2 additional guests. We can also accommodate groups. Call or email your sēk specialist for details.

Please remember to silence your phone prior to entering the studio. If you plan to listen to music or watch something on your phone during a session, we ask that you bring earbuds or headphones. Sounds travel from room to room and may disturb your neighbors next to you. We don’t advise you to bring your phone into the Infrared Sauna Cabin, however, our cabin has a video monitor and speakers with complimentary Pandora or Netflix apps installed for you to enjoy.

While we understand emergencies happen, we do have an 8-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within 8 hours of your appointment, the booking system will still deduct the session from your account. If you are running late for your appointment, please be aware that you'll still be able to enjoy your service but the time will be shortened to accommodate the client coming in after.

Our equipment is used as the manufacturers direct: Sunlighten infrared saunas and FDA-cleared Celluma panels, with a call button in every room. Listen to your body, and if you have a health condition, speak with a healthcare professional before your first session. Each service has its own guidance on who should use caution.

We love children (and have many ourselves) but unless they are receiving services, they are not allowed to be in the studio. Minors 12+ are approved to use Celluma and PLUNGE and a guardian must remain in the studio if the minor is younger than 16. Minors 16+ may use any of our services and a guardian does not need to be in the studio. For any minors younger than 18, a guardian must fill out the waiver on behalf of the minor.

Traditional and steam saunas primarily heat the air around you. Infrared panels warm your body directly, so the room air feels less intense and a session can run longer at a comfortable temperature. In our sauna pods your body is inside the pod while your head stays outside. In the cabin you sit upright in a full-size wooden sauna with room for up to three.

Chromotherapy is colored light inside the sauna. Every pod and cabin session includes selectable colored light with 16 colors to choose from. Pick the color that fits today, change it any time, or ask your sēk specialist to set it before you settle in. The lights are soft and gentle.

Up to once a day. Several sessions in your first week is a common way to find your rhythm. Consistency matters more than intensity. If you have a health condition, ask your physician what cadence is right for you.

Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Skip lotions, oils, and cosmetics before any session. For red light therapy, wipes are provided in your room.

A light snack is fine. Give yourself an hour or two after a full meal before a sauna session, and arrive well hydrated. If you have already eaten, it will not hurt you; you may simply feel a little warmer.

Nope, each sauna is in a private room. If you want someone in the sauna with you, our Infrared Sauna Cabin can be enjoyed with up to 2 additional guests.

If you have had a hard time with traditional saunas due to being claustrophobic, then the sauna pod may be the answer for you. While your body is in the pod, your head will be outside breathing fresh air. You also have the ability to open and close the pod at any time by simply sliding the top up or down. If at any time you feel anxious or want to get out, simply slide the pod open or press the call button and a sēk specialist will come help you.
Many clients who are initially nervous about being claustrophobic end up absolutely loving our sauna pods!

Our saunas are customizable, so the heat is up to you. We set the starting temperature for your comfort and can adjust it at any time during your session. Our solo pods reach temperatures of up to 150°F.

Don’t worry, we can customize a temperature just for you. If the heat makes you nervous, let a sēk specialist know and we will set your sauna to a lower temperature. If you need your temperature adjusted during your session, just press the call button and a sēk specialist will come and adjust the temperature.
For a more relaxing, meditative sauna experience, ask to be placed in a lower temperature setting. Rather than sweating too much, you will feel warm and cozy, falling into a wonderful nap while still reaping all the benefits of our amazing infrared technology.

Everyone is different. On a first visit you may sweat very little, and that is normal. Infrared warms your body directly, so most people notice the sweat build in the second half of the session. The temperature is set for your comfort, and it is normal to stay warm or keep perspiring for a short while afterward.

Infrared Saunas heat the body, not the air. Simply open the pod or cabin door and hop out (you can get right back in after you cool down a bit).

The sauna pods use far infrared. The sauna cabin uses near, mid, and far infrared, the widest range we offer. Both warm your body directly rather than only heating the air around you. Infrared sauna is studied to support relaxation, muscle recovery, circulation, and better sleep.

A sauna pod session is 30 minutes, and a cabin session is 40 minutes. Both are in your own private room.

You are in your own private room so we recommend wearing nothing! The whole purpose is for the body to absorb the infrared heat so you’ll get the most benefit by removing clothing that may inhibit the absorption.

It can take a while for your body to return to its usual temperature after an infrared session, so it is normal to stay warm or keep perspiring for a short time afterward. Cool down at your own pace and keep drinking water.

Take your time getting up, cool down, and rehydrate. You may stay warm or continue perspiring briefly after the session, so give yourself a few minutes in the recovery lounge before heading out. If you are hungry afterward, a light snack is a good idea.

Infrared sauna is not available during pregnancy. Infrared sauna may not be appropriate for everyone. Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have a cardiovascular condition or heart-rhythm concern, use an implanted medical device, are recovering from surgery, have an open wound, or have another health condition that may be affected by heat exposure. Stop the session and press the call button if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, or unable to tolerate the heat.

Pressotherapy is compression therapy delivered by air. A fitted full-body suit inflates and deflates in a slow, directional rhythm from your feet upward, the same rhythmic compression used in lymphatic drainage massage, designed to encourage healthy lymphatic flow and support circulation. Sessions are 30 minutes in your own private room.

Pressotherapy is done with an air compression suit (pneumatic massage) that covers your arms, torso, legs, and feet. A computer controlled machine sends air pressure into each of the suit's chambers beginning at your feet and ending with your arms.

It does not hurt at all! In fact, it is extremely soothing and relaxing. Just like our saunas, the Pressotherapy is completely customizable. You can do a session that is light and gentle with low compression or we can turn it up to feel it deeper in your tissue. It’s your choice!

A standard Pressotherapy session is 30 minutes long, in your own private room.

While you are in your own private room, you need to wear socks, pants and a long-sleeved shirt. This is for hygiene purposes as you will be inside a pneumatic suit.

As often as it serves you. There is no required course. Many guests pair pressotherapy with an infrared sauna session, pressotherapy first, booked back to back in two private rooms.

Red light therapy is LED light therapy: panels deliver specific wavelengths of red, blue, and near-infrared light to the skin and the tissue beneath it, with no UV. Researchers call it photobiomodulation. At sēk it is delivered by FDA-cleared Celluma panels in your own private room. Sessions are painless, with no downtime, and you can return to normal activity right away.

At sēk, red light therapy is delivered with FDA-cleared Celluma panels, with light settings that support skin clarity, skin anti-aging, body contouring, and everyday aches. See our Red Light Therapy page for how a session works and which panel to choose.

LED devices are considered extremely low risk when used as intended.

No. Light therapy is non-invasive and is painless when used as intended.

Celluma panels are FDA cleared and drug free, use no UV light, and sessions are painless with no downtime. Red light therapy should not be used on children under 12, or over the breast or stomach of someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a health condition, speak with a healthcare professional before your first session.

No. Celluma utilizes a combination of blue, red, and near-infrared LEDs only.

A red light therapy session is 30 minutes. You lie back on a treatment bed in your own private room while a sēk specialist positions the panel and starts the right setting, and the panel turns off on its own.

Celluma should be in close proximity to the area being treated so please make sure the area being treated can be exposed (tight leggings will make it difficult to treat something on your legs). Skin should be free of clothing, makeup, or anything else that may deflect light away from the skin.

Many makeup formulas contain minerals that may deflect light. Clean, freshly washed skin is recommended for best results.

No. You can use Celluma while sitting or lying down. For example, there are two ways to use Celluma when targeting the lower-back region: sitting comfortably in a chair with Celluma curved horizontally around the lower back area, or lying down with the device placed on the lower-back region. The Celluma may also be placed vertically on the spine following the natural curvature of the body. The key benefit of its design is the unique ability to mold its shape to conform to the profile of the body. Do not lie directly on top, lean against or apply full body weight to the device.

The best position is the one that is most comfortable for the client! Celluma may be placed on or wrapped around the body part. Once positioned, sit back, relax, listen to music, watch TV, or take a nap.

Yes. You may resume all normal activities immediately following use.

Red light works with consistency. Most protocols call for two or three sessions a week over four to eight weeks. Our memberships and the Red Light 10 package are built for that rhythm.

Celluma should not be used on children under 12, or over the breast or stomach of a breast-feeding or pregnant person.

A cold plunge is a few minutes of immersion in cold water with your head above the surface, in a tub built and chilled for it. At sēk the water is held at 42 degrees Fahrenheit and every plunge takes place in a private room. Cold water immersion is studied to support recovery after hard training, and most clients describe feeling awake, clear, and calm afterward.

Our cold plunge is chilled to 42 degrees Fahrenheit and held there all day, so the water is the same temperature on every visit.

Your private plunge room is yours for 15 minutes. Most clients plunge for 2 to 6 of them, and how long you stay in the water is always your call. First-timers often get in and out in 30 to 60 second stretches until the water stops feeling like a shock.

At sēk we recommend 2 to 6 minutes a session, with a goal of about 11 minutes a week in total. How long you stay is always yours to decide, and the cold gets noticeably easier with repetition.

You will need to wear a swimsuit if you would like for a sēk specialist to coach you during your session. If you're plunging on your own & prefer to get in with just your birthday suit, feel free.

Dry off with the towel provided. Avoid a warm bath or shower soon after your session and allow the body to raise its temperature naturally and gradually.

Our cold plunge is a Plunge All-In, built for daily studio use. Its onboard system circulates, filters, and ozone-sanitizes the entire volume of water every 15 minutes, and because every session is private, it is one guest at a time.

Individuals with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, Reynaud's syndrome, pacemaker, or pregnancy. Please consult with your physician for more detailed questions specific to any concerns you may have.
