Digitally, so it is never late. At checkout you can email it straight to the recipient with your message, schedule the delivery date, or have it emailed to you to print at home.

What amount should I give?

Any amount works. As anchors: $60 covers one full session, $99 covers the Intro Week Pass, four sessions in seven days, and $350 covers a ten-session package.

Do I need to know their schedule?

No. You send the card, and they book whenever they are ready. Nothing about the gift locks them to a date or time.

What if they have never tried a sauna or a cold plunge?

That is most gift recipients. A sēk Specialist walks every first-timer through the studio and gets them set up. A gift card is made for the person who has been curious but has not tried it yet.
