One visit can be a private pod under a star ceiling, the full-size Grand Cabin, a Celluma panel session, compression in the pressotherapy suit, or the cold plunge, with a recovery lounge to land in between. Two ways. Buy online and it is emailed in minutes: straight to the recipient with your message, scheduled for a date you pick, or to you to print at home. Or stop by the studio and we will issue a physical sēk gift card you can hand over.
What can they use it on?
Anything in the studio: infrared sauna pods, the Grand Cabin, red light therapy, pressotherapy, the cold plunge, and session packages like the Intro Week Pass.
What amount should I give?
Any amount works. As anchors: $60 covers one full session, $99 covers the Intro Week Pass, four sessions in seven days, and $350 covers a ten-session package.
Do I need to know their schedule?
No. You send the card, and they book whenever they are ready. Nothing about the gift locks them to a date or time.
What if they have never tried a sauna or a cold plunge?
That is most gift recipients. A sēk Specialist walks every first-timer through the studio and gets them set up. A gift card is made for the person who has been curious but has not tried it yet.
Where do they redeem it?
