Every party needs a place and a plan. sēk is both: infrared sauna pods, the Grand Cabin, red light therapy, pressotherapy, the cold plunge, and the recovery lounge between rooms, all private to your group. Tell us the occasion and we plan the rest with you.

Most group plans park everyone at a table. A sēk party moves. Your group gets the run of the studio: sauna pods under star ceilings, the Grand Cabin, a cold plunge for whoever claims bravest, and a recovery lounge with a gold swing, a kinetic sand table, and a hydration bar.
Phones come out for the swing. They get forgotten in the sauna.
No one needs experience. A sēk Specialist gets each guest set up and keeps the rotation easy, so first-timers settle in fast and your sauna regulars get to show off a little.

Planning a company holiday party? Small teams are exactly what the studio fits. A sēk party gives 4 to 12 people something to actually do together, and nobody has to invent an icebreaker. Text us a date range and a headcount and we will plan it with you.
And if there is no occasion, a Tuesday works too.

- Pick a package, or shape one.Joy, Bliss, and Heaven are the popular three below. If none fits, we will work with your budget and build a package around your group.
- Show up and go private.Every package includes exclusive use of the studio, two hours with Joy or Bliss and three with Heaven. Host it during business hours, or book a Private Sauna Event and the entire studio is yours. Rotate rooms at your own pace and regroup in the lounge.
