The short answer: Across the US, a single infrared sauna session at a studio typically costs $30 to $70. At sēk Sauna Studio in Franklin, TN, a private infrared sauna session is $60, and new clients can try 4 sessions in 7 days for $99 with the Intro Week Pass.
What studios charge, and why prices vary
Most wellness studios price a single 30 to 60 minute infrared sauna session between $30 and $70, with high-demand markets like New York and Los Angeles reaching $75 or more. Three things drive the difference: privacy (a shared room costs less than a private one), session length, and what is included, such as towels, a shower, and amenities. Packages and memberships bring the per-session price down, often by a third or more.

What about contrast therapy?
At sēk, contrast therapy is an infrared sauna session followed by a cold plunge session, each in its own private room. As single sessions, a full contrast visit is $90. Book the two back to back, or text 615.614.3461 and we can help you arrange them.
Is a studio session worth it versus buying a home sauna?
A quality home infrared sauna costs thousands of dollars up front, plus space and upkeep, though it costs well under a dollar per session to run. A studio makes sense if you want to try infrared before committing, prefer a full-size cabin, want cold plunge, red light therapy, and pressotherapy under the same roof, or simply want a clean, private, maintained room that is ready when you are.
